The Itz Nutz story began with a personal journey to explore how we could nourish ourselves in harmony with nature.


Our mission is to make healthy, plant-based nutrition both accessible and enjoyable for everyone—starting with cashew-based creations made from clean, natural ingredients. We believe that knowing what’s in your food, enjoying every bite, and eating in a way that respects both your body and the planet should be simple.


That’s why we craft artisan, cashew-based products using traditional fermentation methods passed down through generations. No additives. No artificial anything. Just real ingredients, prepared the way nature intended.


As life partners—a pediatrician and an engineer—our shared passion for sustainable living took us all the way to Cambodia. There, we saw firsthand the power of traditional food practices and plant-based eating. That experience inspired us to change the way we nourish ourselves—and to create Itz Nutz.


At Itz Nutz, we’re proud to offer delicious, nature-friendly alternatives that even our daughter enjoys. Every recipe is created by Ayşenur, a pediatrician, nutritionist, and loving mother who believes that feeding your family well shouldn’t mean compromising on taste.
