The Itz Nutz story began at the end of a journey of discovery about nutrition in harmony with nature.



We want to make healthy nutrition accessible and attractive to everyone with cashew-based herbal flavors. It is possible to know what you are eating, to be sure of its content and to really enjoy every bite while eating respectfully to nature. We produce cashew-based, herbal and artisan flavors using the traditional brewing and fermentation methods of our ancestors.

 
As partners in life, a pediatrician and an engineer, our exploration of sustainable living practices took us all the way to Cambodia. During our time there, we experienced the value of traditional production methods and the power of plant-based nutrition. This realization inspired us to found Itz Nutz while changing our eating habits.

Itz Nutz exists to make nature-friendly, additive-free and plant-based nutrition delicious and enjoyable for everyone, including our own daughter. The recipes are from mother Ayşenur, a pediatrician and nutritionist.

Since the first day of Itz Nutz, we feel like we are not alone on this path and we see you as our family and we feel very lucky. We invite those who have not joined us yet to taste the herbal transformation.
